Please read the following Contest Rules in their entirety before entering the Contest. Do not enter the Contest unless you agree to these Contest Rules.

1. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY to enter the Contest.

2. ONE ENTRANT PER HOUSEHOLD. Note: Entrant profiles will be audited on a regular basis to ensure that only one entrant per household is participating.

3. The Contest commences on Monday, May 23, 2008 at 12:00 PM (EST/EDT) and ends Monday, June 30, 2008 at 12:00 PM (EST/EDT). Draw will be held on July 14, 2008 at 12:00 PM (EST/EDT)

4.To be eligible to win and receive a Prize in the Contest, you must be a resident of Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec). Employees of the Lodge Inn and Suites and its participating sponsors, contractors, agents, representatives and their immediate family members or anyone with whom they are domiciled ARE NOT eligible to win. The Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all federal, provincial, state and municipal laws and regulations. Any Contest entries that are permitted by any applicable federal, provincial, state and municipal laws or regulations are null and void. It is the responsibility of the entrant to determine whether his or her participation in the Contest is permitted under the laws applicable in the entrant's place of residence.

5. Prize. One (1) winner will be awarded the prize [Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner], The prize cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted except by The Lodge Inn and Suites who may, at their sole discretion, substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the advertised prize is or becomes unavailable for any reason.

6. limitation of liability. by participating in the contest, you waive any right to claim ambiguity in the official rules, and release, indemnify and hold harmless the sponsors, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, prize suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from (i) participation in the contest (including but not limited to any acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or nonuse of the prize by the winner), or (ii) the submissions, including, without limitation the infringement of third party intellectual property rights by submissions.
